Ijen Crater Blue Fire Tour From Canggu Bali

Ijen Crater is the most an acidic crater lake that located at the top of Mount ijen, the deep of the lake is around  200 meters and the large of crater area is around 5,466 hectares. The Blue fire phenomena is main attraction in Mount Ijen, Blue fire can only be seen by human eye when there is no light, Therefore the ideal time to see blue fire is in the night.

Tour Program To Ijen Crater

We will pick you up at your hotel in Canggu Bali around at 10 am then we drive to Gilimanuk harbor that located  in western tip of Bali for about 4 hours ( depend on the location of your hotel ). Afterward we cross to Banyuwangi Pier in java island for about 1,5 hours by ferry. Arrive in Banyuwangi Pier , we will drive to hotel around ijen Crater, Arrive in hotel check in and rest.

At 1 am , we will drive to Ijen parking area, The journey will take around 1,5  hours driving by private car, on this road you will pass rain forest and many plantations which is one remaining raining forest in Java Island with many species of plants, big trees and giant ferns. We need around 1,5 hours for ascending the slope of mount ijen to reach peak of ijen crater and  along the path, you will enjoy the beauty of Ijen Mountain.

Other Tour program : Bromo Ijen Tumpak sewu waterfall

We can see the activities of sulfur miners who breaks rock of sulfur with simple tools and put in baskets of bamboo, they will go up to the reach peak of crater bring basket of bamboo that full of sulfur as much as 75 kg on their shoulder.

We can also enjoy beautiful green lake of sulfate that view reflects spectacular view in the surrounding walls. After enjoy the beauty of ijen crater we walk down back to parking area where our car waiting us to back to hotel, also we can stop in coffee plantation and jager waterfall. After breakfast we will take you back to your hotel in Bali island .

Day 1 : Canggu Bali to Ijen Hotel area

• 10:00 am : We will pick you up in Canggu Bali Island
• 10:00 – 02:00 : We drive to Gilimanuk Harbor that located in western part of Bali Island
• 02:00 – 03:00 : After arrive in Glimanuk Harbour we cross to Java island by ferry arund 1 hours
• 03:00 – 03:30   : Arrive in ketapang harbour , we continue drive to Ijen hotel
• 03:30 – 04:00   : Arrive in hotel check in and rest

 

Day 2 : Ijen Crater Tour to Bali Hotel

• 01:00               : We drive to Ijen parking area
• 01:30 – 02:00  : Arrive in Ijen parking area
• 02:00 – 03:30   : We start climbing Ijen Mountain
• 03:30 -04:00  : After that we go down to the floor of the Crater to see Blue fire phenomena
• 04:30 – 05:00  : We can see the biggest mining of sulfur with activities of miners who break sulfur and bring it with basket of bamboo
• 05:00 – 06:30  : After enjoy beautiful green lake,sunrise and beautiful view we back to our car in parking area
• 06:30 – 09:00  : We go back  to our hotel for breakfast
• 10:00              : we will take you to your hotel in Bali
